For venues with long line-ups and for festivals. Write the line-up once, copy the cards when an artist steps off the decks, and their set comes out on its own: synced, cut on the music, vertical and 16:9 with the colour and the logo of the night. How the night goes

Four things. You do two.

01 · Before

Write the line-up

Time, end, artist, genre, stage; for each one the whole set or handhelds only, with the exact camera. SemSync prepares a folder per artist and prints the cards with the QR.

02 · At every change

Copy the cards

From the board: Copy from the card into CAM1, CAM2, CAM3. Every file is verified after the copy, an interrupted copy resumes, and a card already taken is recognised.

03 · On its own

The set comes out

Synced with no timecode, cut on the music with the chosen directing style, in the formats you want, with the colour and the logo of the night. If something breaks it stays marked to redo and the others carry on.

04 · The artist

Downloads it by QR

From their phone, on the venue's network, before leaving: the set in its formats, the drop clip, the single clips. No cloud, no expiring link, no password.

The board of the night

Who is ready, who is queued, how much disk is left.

A row per artist, the night hour by hour, the next delivery in large and the disks told in hours of party. On the computer, on the phone of whoever moves around the room and on the big screen backstage. It rings when a set is ready, and rings differently when it breaks.

What is in the contract

Not a program. A night that holds.

SemSync Festival is SemSync's long night sold as a service: the licence, the dress rehearsal with us, and one of us reachable all night long. What is not there, on purpose: no extra features that night.

What computer you need

One with a graphics card, and the disks counted before.

A computer with an NVIDIA graphics card and the disks for the night. On a laptop with an RTX 5090 and 24 cores a 77-minute set from three 4K cameras came out in 33 minutes, and the vertical cut tops at 9.5 times real time: a desktop with two graphics cards and 32 cores doubles that. These are measured numbers, not promises: we measure your computer at the dress rehearsal, and the board writes the real speed of your night.

  • For three 4K cameras, 24 hours of party are about 4.5 TB of footage: disks are counted before, in hours.
  • A second disk takes the place of the first from the board, when the hours left do not fit.
  • Windows and Mac. The cameras' footage stays as it is: no proxies, no conversions first.

It depends on how many nights, stages, cameras and artists. Send us the numbers of your party and we reply within one working day. The rest of SemSync does not change: whoever has the monthly or the yearly keeps doing club nights, weddings, corporate and reels as before.

Questions

The things venues ask.

Do the files leave the venue?

No. The footage and the sets stay on the night's computer. The artist downloads their set from the phone on the venue's network, by QR: no cloud, no expiring link.

Do I need DaVinci Resolve?

For the delivery to the artist, no: the files come out of the program, in 9:16, 16:9, 4:5 and 1:1. For the master of the whole night, the project is ready inside Resolve or Premiere, as for every SemSync club night.

And if a set breaks?

It stays marked to redo on the board, with what happened written next to it, and the others carry on. Our person is reachable all night long.

Two artists together, back to back?

Yes: write "Anna b2b Marco" in the line-up. It is one set, one folder, one file, and the same QR for both.

How do we switch it on?

With an Enterprise code on your SemSync account: the long night opens only with that. We issue it with the quote.
