The short version. One licence, one computer at a time, movable whenever you want. 14 days money back on the first purchase, no questions. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the period you paid. SemSync needs DaVinci Resolve Studio, which is not included.

A licence to use the SemSync software on one computer at a time. You can detach the licence from one computer and attach it to another from the app. The software is delivered as a download; the licence code arrives by email right after the payment. The free beta with the demo night can be used without a licence.
Prices are shown in euro. VAT and the invoice follow the rules of the seller's country. Payments are handled by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal).
If you are a consumer in the European Union you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase. Beyond the legal right, we give everyone, professionals included, a 14 day money back guarantee on the first purchase: write to us within 14 days of the payment and we refund it in full. The refund goes back to the payment method you used and the licence switches off by itself. Renewals of a subscription are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time and the subscription stops at the end of the period already paid.
SemSync works inside DaVinci Resolve Studio, which you must own separately. Windows 10 or 11; the Mac version is being tested with the first users. The full list is on the requirements block of the site.
Subscriptions include every update. SemSync is young and changes often: some features are marked as beta, and we say so where it matters. We do our best to keep the software working, but we cannot promise it never has a bug; if something breaks, write to us and we fix it, or refund you.
Share one licence across several people at the same time, resell licence codes, or try to remove the licence check. The engine is delivered encrypted inside the licence token: without a valid licence it does not run.
SemSync builds timelines and files for you to review: the final edit is yours. We are not liable for lost work, missed deadlines or indirect damage beyond the amount you paid for the licence in the last 12 months, within the limits allowed by law.
Italian law applies. For consumers, the mandatory protections of your country of residence remain in force. We prefer to solve any problem by writing to each other first.

Se sei un consumatore nell'Unione Europea hai 14 giorni per recedere dall'acquisto. Oltre al diritto di legge, diamo a tutti, professionisti compresi, la garanzia soddisfatti o rimborsati di 14 giorni sul primo acquisto: scrivici entro 14 giorni dal pagamento e lo rimborsiamo per intero. Il rimborso torna sul metodo di pagamento che hai usato e la licenza si spegne da sola. I rinnovi di un abbonamento non sono rimborsabili, ma puoi disdire quando vuoi e l'abbonamento finisce alla fine del periodo già pagato.

Gli abbonamenti includono tutti gli aggiornamenti. SemSync è giovane e cambia spesso: alcune funzioni sono segnate come beta, e lo diciamo dove conta. Facciamo del nostro meglio perché il software funzioni, ma non possiamo promettere che non abbia mai un difetto; se qualcosa si rompe scrivici e lo sistemiamo, o ti rimborsiamo.
Usare una licenza in più persone contemporaneamente, rivendere codici di licenza, o provare a togliere il controllo della licenza. Il motore arriva cifrato dentro il token di licenza: senza una licenza valida non gira.
SemSync costruisce timeline e file che tu poi controlli: il montaggio finale è tuo. Non rispondiamo di lavoro perso, consegne mancate o danni indiretti oltre quanto hai pagato per la licenza negli ultimi 12 mesi, nei limiti consentiti dalla legge.
Si applica la legge italiana. Per i consumatori restano ferme le tutele inderogabili del paese di residenza. Preferiamo risolvere qualsiasi problema scrivendoci prima.
